As a chef I have perfected my craft in kitchens across the world from California to Qatar, Portugal to New York. I am inspired by creating culinary experiences that awaken the senses. 

Cooking is the art of love in which creating smells, tastes and plates that take those who eat them to another place. I am passionate about local produce and learning about new cuisines and cultures through travel and venturing outside my comfort zone.
